A. When you purchase two or more care packages to be sent to different addresses, you need to order them separately for each product. When purchasing two or more care packages headed to the same home, we recommend placing the next order. Packing all your friends together means you only have one order number/tracking number and make sure your products will arrive at the same time.

A. Yes! We've been delivering packages to college campuses! Be sure to visit the university's website to find out how to send packages to campus. The student's name is very important. Most colleges will not provide packages if the student's name does not match the name on file.
Typically, when a package is delivered to a college campus, the college mail staff will receive the package (and then the U.S. Postal Service will issue a "Served" notice). The university mail staff will then deliver the mail to the dormitory, or the student will need to go to the mail room to pick it up. Sometimes, the process does take a few days from the item marked "delivered" by the U.S. Postal Service to the individual on campus where it is actually delivered. We recommend that your friend check with campus Mail staff to see if the package has been marked as delivered but not yet received.
